As it happens, a Merida (Disney's Brave) will be needing a long evening gown soon because the poor doll has been dragged everywhere!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15367682663717852593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1208594400760825740.post-14172421996302532622012-10-09T01:11:05.174+01:002012-10-09T01:11:05.174+01:00Very pretty! It can be a bit tricky on double-pointed needles, but if you use the magic loop and a long circular needle (there's a good tutorial here http://www.knittingdaily.com/blogs/daily/archive/2009/09/16/the-magical-magic-loop.aspx), you can achieve stockinette stitch by knitting every row. If you perfect it, you'll never need to learn how to purl =)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15367682663717852593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1208594400760825740.post-55030256569410491062012-03-03T16:16:21.784+00:002012-03-03T16:16:21.784+00:00Very nice, I like the idea. Any suggestions for doing it in garter stitch?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
